We are scaling rapidly and are setting up offices in key geographies across the globe. We are looking for an Office Manager and Executive Assistant, based in Mumbai (India). This role will report directly to the Regional Director (APAC).
Your responsibilities will includeOffice Management:Streamline daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relations.Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events.Supervise office staff and oversee administrative support functions.Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems for optimal efficiency.Manage office budgets, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.Serve as the point of contact for general inquiries and visitor reception.Personal Assistant:Provide top-notch administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and email correspondence.Serve as a key point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements and qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in office management and executive assistance, preferably within startup environments.Deep understanding of business operations and office management procedures.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities in English.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
