Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced expert in Alliance and Partner operations and programs to be a key member of Alliance and Partnership team. In this role you will ensure that Infinite maximizes the benefits of our partner programs with key partners such as Microsoft and Salesforce. This role will interface with Partner Development Managers from our alliance partners, and work with internal marketing, demand generation, technical subject matter experts, and go-to-market experts to drive growth through channels. The ideal candidate has strong program and project management skills to ensure plans are executed and goals are met, plus excellent communication skills to collaborate internally and externally. This role reports to the Vice President of Alliances and Partnerships and is a key role in this exciting and fast-growing program.Key Responsibilities:Partnership Support:

Assist the Alliance Leader in developing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, understanding their offerings, and aligning them with our business objectives.Microsoft Partner Program : Manage Microsoft Partner Portal to maximize benefits, incentives, and funding. Work with Microsoft teams to achieve Solution Designations and Specializations in key solution areas. Manage Infinite’s offerings in the Azure Marketplace to maximize benefit, exposure, and leads.Compliance and Requirements Management : Ensure all partnership requirements, including deal registrations, certifications, and training, are met. Stay updated on changes in partner programs and adapt our strategies accordingly. Develop and execute plans to climb the partner tiers such as “gold, silver, bronze” levels.Strategic Planning Assistance : Collaborate with internal teams and the Alliance Leader to develop strategies that maximize the benefits of our partnerships and identify new opportunities. Manage partner profile in directories and online partner listings.Coordination and Communication Support:

Provide support to the Alliance Leader in acting as a liaison between our company and partners. Facilitate the coordination of joint initiatives, meetings, and training sessions, as directed by the Alliance Leader. Develop “Sell To” programs (selling TO business partners) for top partners to ensure maximum exposure, and “Sell Through” programs (selling THROUGH business partners) to jointly sell solutions to end user clients.Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor the performance of partnerships under the guidance of the Alliance Leader, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications:Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in partnership management, alliance management, or a similar role.Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience working with major platform players like Azure, AWS, SAP, Oracle etc.Strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends.In-depth knowledge of partner programs and portals, including Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS, ServiceNow and others.Knowledge of partner and 3rd party marketplaces.Skills:Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with an ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly.Strong organizational and project management skills.Effective communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Ability to work independently and navigate complex organizational structures.Portal management to manage the partnershipPartnership planning and executionOverall funding management such as ECIF for funding customer projectsMarket place management – listing of offerings etc.Anchoring specializations and Expert MSPGTM enablement and planning such as joint webinars etc.
