Job Title: Customer Experience Process Automation Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer
Experience team as a Reporting and Process Automation Specialist. The successful candidate
will be responsible for generating insightful reports, analyzing data, and automating processes
to enhance our customer experience efforts. This role requires a combination of analytical skills,
technical expertise, and a deep understanding of customer-centric processes.
Responsibilities:
● Identify manual and repetitive processes within the customer experience department.
● Proactively manage all the existing tools and softwares used in the department while
looking for constant improvements.
● Work on requirements from the internal teams for process automations.
● Coordinate and provide requirements to the inhouse tech team for CX module
development and improvements.
● Design and implement automated workflows to streamline operations and improve
efficiency.
● Integrate automation tools and technologies to enhance process automation capabilities.
● Collaborate with Tech, Support team and various other teams to implement automation
solutions and integrate systems.
● Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key customer
experience metrics.
● Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
● Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis.
● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across customer experience reporting
systems and databases.
● Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Marketing, and Tech
to gather requirements and define reporting needs.
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and
deliver solutions accordingly.
● Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to
customer experience reporting and process automation.
● Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the
customer experience department.
● Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer
experiences.
Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree in Data Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or
related field.
● Experience with process automation platforms and tools, such as CRM, Ticket
Management System, Cloud Calling, Zapier etc.
● Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and process automation, preferably in a
customer experience or related role.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of customer experience principles, methodologies, and best practices is a
plus.
