  • Work closely with the consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings & BOQs Highlight concerns / issues and provide inputs on the feasibility / practicality of construction.
  • Lead the development of an overall project plan with timelines, resources and critical milestones.
  • Lead all project review meetings with the project team, consultants and contractors; Ensure timely highlighting and resolution of design inadequacies, non-compliance to material indents and all other site related issues
  • Work closely and coordinate with various departments as well as sub-functions within Engineering to ensure smooth business operations
  • Assist the QS Department in the checking and certification of bills from various (consultants, vendors, contractors) for the projects.
  • Work closely with QA & QC to conduct periodic audits at the project site and drive compliance with ISO requirements and other quality & safety standards (statutory and organizational)
  • Build and maintain strong relations with the contractors.
  • Oversee the timely handover of Projects to Marketing Dept post completion; Ensure compliance with all applicable laws & statutes and timely hand over of all property-related documents
  • Maintain periodic MIS on the progress of the project and submit the same to management
