**Location: Hyderabad**
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to define Market Potential (Based on Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters ), Growth Expectations and recommend, Resource allocation and Territory Design that align with corporate sales strategy and guidelines
- Analyze internal/external data to identify trends/characterize market opportunity at various levels (e.g., region, crop etc.) to inform the corporate sales strategy, identify opportunities for new sales opportunities and help achieve growth targets
- Need to Map our Distribution (Whole sellers, Retailers) and suggest Recommendations Channel Analysis and Insights
- Other Improvements GTN Analytics, Scheme Analytics
- Facilitate decision-making by modeling potential scenarios re
- allocation of sales professionals. Define Quantified Opportunities and Close the Loop with Before After Analysis. Provide Sales and Marketing Managers with detailed description and insights, ensure action Points, like Redeployment, Sales Plan optimization etc. and enable effective communication and planning with the sales professionals on their performance & action plans
- **Territory Planning & Resource Redeployment** for getting Desired Penetration & Concentration, develop deeper understanding of customer needs, behavior and trends to give the Company a competitive advantage in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies through regular market research/surveys, panels and other Business Intelligence I related activities
- **Analysis of GTM Models**: - Based on Market/Customer Segments Analyze:
- Market Reach - Structure, Communication - Activities & Engagements, Availability - Channel Management etc.
- **Metrics/Measurables & Benchmarks**:
- Create Simple Metrics & Benchmarks & Data Base to Quantify Initiative Goals & Improvements/Gaps in Sales & Marketing
- **Tools/Technology:
- ** Create Simple Tools - Spreadsheets/Digital Applications with Agencies to Increase Sales & Marketing Effectiveness, Statistical Modelling Tools, Minimal ML tools, Spatial Mapping Tools etc. (Although Tools Trainings would be provided, Previous Knowledge would be an advantage)
- Predictive and Prescriptive Analysis to predict trends and suggest actions
- Cause and effect analysis of market actions with recommendations / predictions for effectiveness
- Establish and share best practices related to creating and optimizing sales territories
- Enable and drive liquidation tracking and reporting for regular insights on market movement
- Provide strategic inputs for Process Management, MIS Reports Analysis and Secondary sales Analysis
- Strong understanding of the Sales & Marketing process
- Strong Accountability, relationship management, collaboration skill. Accountability to and Driving Business/Financial Results in Effectiveness Projects is Crucial
- Sales / Marketing experience in a fast paced / dynamic environment. Relevant Territory / Sales planning experience with strong analytical skills. Should be a self-starter with zeal to drive collaborative change using data-based insights
