3. Solution Development:
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions.
    - Conduct site visits, assessments, and analysis to identify customer needs.
4. Proposal Development:
    - Develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and tender submissions.
    - Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proposal alignment with customer needs.
5. Product Knowledge:
    - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
    - Provide feedback to product development teams on customer requirements.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ Years Location: T Nagar, Chennai. Requirements: - 5 years of experience in the slimming, health, and wellness industry - Proven track record of success in sales and team management - Excellent commercial acumen and business skills - Strong leadership and communication skills - In-depth knowledge of diet principles and sales techniques - Ability to conduct workshops and events to drive sales - Proven ability to meet targets and metrics - Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer and employee issues - High ethical standards and ability to comply with regulations - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Nutrition, Business, Healthcare)
