We are hiring for a Associate Creative Director (Copy) role for a B2C unicorn organization based in Bangalore.** Get exposure to work for the trending brand name cross geographies (US)Looking for candidates from top marketing agencies only.Must have worked on on brand launches, TV/OTT campaignsIn this role you’ll get to:● Develop and produce ad campaigns end-to-end, including TV/video spots, key visuals, implementation across website/app, and social extensions● Oversee an internal design team as it acts as an internal agency for company's marketing teams and wider business, ensuring that brand standards are consistently applied across touchpoints● Work with company's analytics and data science teams to measure effect of brand campaigns● Develop and drive strategic initiatives for the brand.What you’ll need to succeed:● 7+ years’ experience in brand marketing, including activation of large-scale campaigns & ownership of end-to-end brand strategy● Graduate degree required● Strong communication & writing skills in English● Strong attention to detail● Adaptable to new technologies and quick learner● Exposure to UX/UI design strategy● Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook ads or Google ads is a plus
