Exp: 12+ years


We are looking for a Creative Director - Art with at least 12 years of experience in the advertising industry, preferably in B2B agencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing creative strategies that elevate brands and drive business results. 


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative vision and strategy for our agency, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and industry trends
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand business objectives, target audience insights, and project requirements
  • Oversee the development of creative concepts, campaigns, and brand experiences across various channels, including digital, print, social, and experiential
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to members of the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Lead client presentations, articulating the rationale behind creative concepts and soliciting feedback for refinement
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our creative process
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners as needed to execute creative projects


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a B2B advertising agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns including motion pictures, films and projects across various channels
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and the ability to translate client objectives into creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and campaigns from concept to execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail
