The Fabrication Production Supervisor/Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production processes involved in the manufacturing of transmission towers. This role involves managing the fabrication process Like Welding,Bending,Notching,, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement to achieve high-quality production outcomes.

  • Production Supervision:
  • Oversee daily operations in the fabrication department, ensuring production schedules are met.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including welders, machinists, and other technicians.
  • Monitor and maintain production quality and performance standards.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Implement and manage efficient fabrication processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Develop and execute plans for improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality and integrity of fabricated components.
  • Address and resolve quality issues or defects in collaboration with the quality control team.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fabrication equipment and processes.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement new fabrication techniques and technologies.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work orders, production metrics, and maintenance logs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, issues, and improvements to management.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct safety training and enforce safe work practices among production staff.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all fabrication processes comply with relevant standards.
