Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager - Omnichannel will have to deliver omnichannel sales and marketing objectives through strong relationship building and meticulous planning with the nominated omnichannel accounts.
- Modern Trade Team: KAMs, Channel Lead, Ops Lead:
- Closely interact with Modern trade KAMs to ensure seamless coordination between Online and Offline priorities
- Digital commerce Team: Channel Lead, Media team, Dashboarding agency: Drive digital priorities in each Modern trade account with the aid of guidance and resourcing from the Digital Commerce
- Seamless co-ordination with Online- ECOM and Offline- Stores
- Other functional counterparts from Brand, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply chain
Qualifications
Min 6-8 years experience in FMCG/E-commerce environment with at least 1 stint as E-commerce KAM/Category Manager
Strong knowledge of E-Commerce fundamentals
Good presentation & negotiation skills
MBA
Communication Skills - Excellent
