Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Desktop Support Engineer based in the Mumbai, India. The engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and computer hardware. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, performing equipment maintenance, and supporting end-users to ensure efficient and effective technology use. Some work-from-home days are acceptable as part of the hybrid work model.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
  • Printer Support skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is beneficial
