Key Responsibilities:- Understanding customer requirements.- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.- Taking regular Follow-ups for closing a deal.- Updating the CRM with the Status of the inquiries.- Providing video call demos to the clients.
Requirements and skills:- Proficiency in English.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.- Quick learner and passion for sales.- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- A lot of Patience and calmness in handling clients.
Education/Experience:- Graduate, IT or B-Tech is a plus.- Experience in telecalling.- Fresher/Maximum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive
