Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations & Sales

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory management.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by driving sales initiatives.

  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store reflects brand standards.

  • Customer Experience

  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a luxury buying experience.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

  • Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business through customer loyalty programs.

  • Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates and support staff.

  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Inventory & Compliance

  • Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., hallmarking, billing transparency).

  • Maintain accurate documentation for gold, diamond, and gemstone transactions.

  • Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.

  • Develop local strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, fairs, and community events when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in retail management; jewelry or luxury retail experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and certifications (gold, diamonds, gemstones).
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and customer orientation.
