Senior Sales Manager(Industrial Enzyme)

Job Responsibilities:
- Market development: According to the department's business development strategy and sales goals, cooperate with relevant departments to implement overseas market development plans and specific implementation plans, and promote the promotion of the company and product brands. Understand the dynamics of customer needs, explore potential customers, and track the development of customer development to achieve the continuous growth of the company's market share.
- Customer relationship maintenance: According to the needs of the department's business development, establish smooth customer communication channels by organizing and arranging customers to visit the company, inspect, and visit and exchange. Be responsible for visiting important customers in the region, understand customer requirements at any time, handle customer objections and complaints in a timely manner, in order to improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term, good, and stable customer relationships.
- Customer service: Based on the company's customer service regulations and product characteristics, through communication with technical support, research and development, production, and other related departments, coordinate product trials, technical support, and other work to enhance customer satisfaction with the product and the company's service.
- Implementation of sales plans: Implement the business strategy and annual plan formulated by the department, focus on overseas business opportunities, and organize resources to achieve annual sales budget and profit budget.
- Collaborative communication: Establish necessary cross-departmental business contacts and communication to ensure the timely sharing and transmission of information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’sdegree in the fields of biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering or relevant majors.
- Minimum 5 years or more sales experience in the enzymes or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills with multi-cultural experience with ability to think from customers’ perspective for effective collaboration.
- Good communication and coordination skills,calm, proactive, responsible, high work enthusiasm, good teamwork spirit, strong learning ability.
- Open to frequent travelling up to 50%.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales CRM.
