Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The role primarily requires reaching out to K12 schools for introducing and promoting the International Curriculum, building strong client relationships and developing strategies to increase company revenue.
Candidates from Curriculum Provides are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification: Identify potential customers and market segments for promoting the International curriculum.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, educators, and influencers in the education sector-K12 segment
- Retailer and Distributor Management: Collaborate with retailers and distributors to expand our market presence and ensure effective distribution of our International Curriculum.
- Sales Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve targets.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the value of our offerings to clients.
- Negotiation skills:Negotiating and closing business deals to promote sustained revenue.
- Data Management: Utilise MS Excel, MS Word, and other tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- E-mail Etiquettes: Maintain professional email communication with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field. An MBA is preferred with 7-12 years of sales experience in the Education sector, K12 segment is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the Education industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Microsoft Office SuiteGoogle Workspace and other business tools.
- Willingness to explore new opportunities and expand the clientele
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the education sector eps. International curriculum and the competitive landscape is a must.
