Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling KisanKraft products through government tenders and institutional sales channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the agriculture industry, relevant government departments, and private institutions, along with a proven track record in managing complex sales processes within a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture government tenders and institutional contracts.
- Tender Management: Oversee the end-to-end preparation, submission, and management of tenders and proposals, ensuring complete compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, institutional buyers, and other key stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong understanding of the agriculture industry and government procurement policies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
KisanKraft Limited is a leader in small-farm machinery business segment in India. Our focus is mechanization among small & marginal farmers. We have ~400 products covering land-preparation, sowing, crop-management, harvesting, post-harvesting operations.
We have approximately 400 full-time employees and 15 offices across India. Our factory campus is at Podalakur mandal in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh. We have approximately 150 employees at the factory.
We have thousands of dealers to provide excellent sales and service to the farmers. We value transparency with employees, vendors, and customers.
We have patents for innovations, and ISI:BIS certification for many of our products made at this factory. Most of our products also have certifications from FMTTIs and are empaneled by state governments and related departments across India.
