As part of our growing Hyundai Promise Certified Used Car Business, we are committed to providing a seamless and trustworthy experience for pre-owned car buyers. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hyundai Promise Manager to lead and manage our certified used car operations.


Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee the daily operations of the Hyundai Promise Certified Used Car Business, ensuring smooth sales, procurement, and customer service processes.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase used car sales and profitability while maintaining Hyundai’s standards of quality and transparency.

• Manage inventory, ensuring the right mix of certified used cars is available to meet customer demand.

• Ensure all pre-owned vehicles meet Hyundai’s certification standards, including conducting inspections and overseeing refurbishment.

• Work closely with sales teams to provide training and guidance, ensuring they are equipped to offer exceptional customer service.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and ensure a positive purchasing experience.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volumes, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive effective promotional campaigns and increase awareness of the Hyundai Promise program.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and Hyundai guidelines for the used car business.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically in used car sales or operations, with a solid understanding of the Hyundai Promise program.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.

• Knowledge of vehicle evaluation, refurbishment processes, and certification standards.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
