Key Responsibilities


Strategic Sales Leadership :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at acquiring new B2B clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Identify market opportunities, create actionable strategies, and set ambitious sales targets to achieve growth objectives.

Lead Generation & Business Development :

  • Drive lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
  • Utilize various methods including networking, industry events, and targeted outreach to identify and engage potential clients.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.

Team Leadership & Development :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities and drive results.

Sales Process Optimization :

  • Implement and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, track performance, and analyze data to optimize strategies.

Negotiation & Deal Closure :

  • Lead complex negotiations and manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and contract terms to secure high-value deals.

Market & Competitor Analysis :

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
  • Analyze industry data to inform sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.

Reporting & Forecasting :

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Travel :

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.


Qualifications :

  • 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing B2B sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and CRM systems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with advanced sales analytics and reporting tools.
