About Client: Start up client who is a pioneering startup founded by renowned tech experts, marking their second venture in the AI and ML field. The founders previously established a successful IT services and consulting company in Pune, India, which grew to $30 million in revenue and over 3,000 employees within a decade. Acquired by a major player in 2020-22, this new venture is poised for significant growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with 8 - 11 years of proven expertise in Analytics, AI, and Product engineering space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our inside sales team, driving sales growth, and implementing innovative sales strategies. This role requires an organized thinker with strong communication skills and a good understanding of AI and digital sales methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies that leverage digital tools and AI technologies.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Sales Plan Execution:

- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

- Utilize AI-driven insights to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

- Monitor and optimize sales processes by using the right set of tools.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.

- Implement CRM systems and tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.

Digital and AI Expertise:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and analytics space.

- Integrate AI tools to enhance sales processes, such as predictive analytics and automated outreach.

- Provide training and support to the sales team on digital and AI tools.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with marketing, presales, and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- Communicate sales goals, strategies, and performance metrics to senior management.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and results.

Qualifications

Experience:

- 8-11 years of experience in inside sales.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in sales, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and chatbots.
