Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Thane. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and presenting our Stack parking solutions to property owners and managers. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, reporting on market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development,
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis skills
  • Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of the parking industry or property management is a plus
