Job Description

As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, screening, and placing highly qualified healthcare professionals in challenging and rewarding roles within US healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.- Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

- Effectively communicate job requirements, expectations, and company culture.- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and timelines.

- Collaborate closely with clients to identify top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process.- Provide regular updates on candidate pipeline and recruitment progress.

Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all federal and state employment laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.- Strong understanding of US healthcare industry, including various healthcare roles and certifications.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.- Fluency in English is essential.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with niche healthcare specialties (e.g., nursing, physician, allied health).- Knowledge of immigration and visa processes for foreign healthcare professionals.- Proficiency in using social media for recruiting.- Certification in recruiting or human resources.
