Job Description

As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, screening, and placing highly qualified healthcare professionals in challenging and rewarding roles within US healthcare facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.


Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

  • Effectively communicate job requirements, expectations, and company culture.
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.


Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and timelines.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipeline and recruitment progress.


Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all federal and state employment laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare industry, including various healthcare roles and certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is essential.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience with niche healthcare specialties (e.g., nursing, physician, allied health).
  • Knowledge of immigration and visa processes for foreign healthcare professionals.
  • Proficiency in using social media for recruiting.
  • Certification in recruiting or human resources.
