Summary
Atom is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce CPQ and Billing Technical Lead to join our rapidly growing team. As the Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce systems related to Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Billing.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and maximize the use of Salesforce to meet the organization’s goals and provide best-in-class service for our customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce CPQ, CRM, and Billing solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
Configure and maintain Salesforce components, including products, pricing, quotes, contracts, accounts, and opportunities.
Serve as the go-to expert on Salesforce CPQ, CRM, and Billing functionalities.
Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Recommend and implement process improvements and automation using Salesforce.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Generate insights and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing for large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
10+ years of experience in Salesforce / ERP implementation and support projects.
3+ full lifecycle Salesforce implementations in CRM, CPQ and Billing.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of best practices in data management, security, and compliance
A minimum of 1 Salesforce certification is a must.
Certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Billing Specialist are a plus.
