Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SF/CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on CPQ functionality. As a Senior SF/CPQ Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, customising, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization and customers
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements for SF & CPQ implementations.
Design, develop, and customize SF & CPQ solutions within the platform to streamline sales processes and enhance user experience.
Implement and configure CPQ features such as pricing rules, product bundling, discounting, and quote generation.
Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications, including ERP, CRM, and billing systems.
Develop and maintain custom Apex code and Lightning components to extend Salesforce CPQ functionality.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute Salesforce enhancements and feature requests.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SF & CPQ solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to SF & CPQ implementations.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, CPQ industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years + Salesforce/CPQ developer experience
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is desirable.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Extensive experience developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a focus on CPQ functionality.
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce CPQ.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is desirable.
