The ideal candidate will be presentable , have excellent communication skills , and possess a deep understanding of IR strategies, dispute resolution, and regulatory frameworks.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective industrial relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Build and sustain healthy relationships with employees, union representatives, and labor authorities.- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution effectively.- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, factory rules, and statutory regulations.- Represent the company in labor court cases, conciliations, and negotiations.- Drive employee engagement at sites and ensure consistent application of HR policies.- Liaise with government bodies, legal advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.- Maintain documentation related to IR activities, settlements, and compliance records.- Manage IR risks and proactively address potential labor issues across project sites.Requirements:- Experience: 15 to 20 years in Industrial Relations , preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar) sectors.- Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.- Presentation: Well-presented, confident, and capable of representing the company externally.- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, IR best practices, and statutory obligations.- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, Industrial Relations, or related disciplines.Regards,Neha
