Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Midas Metcons Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate
Industrial Engineer
to join our dynamic team in the
sheet metal fabrication and warehouse storage solutions industry
.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and optimize production processes for sheet metal fabrication (cutting, bending, welding, finishing).

·      Implement lean manufacturing and time–motion studies to improve efficiency.

·      Coordinate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.

·      Plan manpower, material flow, and machine utilization for improved productivity.

·      Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects.

·      Monitor KPIs for quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

·      2–5 years of experience in
sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing
industry preferred.

·      Strong knowledge of process optimization, lean tools, and industrial engineering practices.

·      Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.

·      Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
