Role Description:
Executive - Business Development for HO is responsible for ensuring the submission of all Pre-Sales documents (Like Contract review, technical documentations, and PQ) and Post receipt of order like PO review, Contracts review, website management, and to execute BD to Planning handover process.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Review and comment on commercial/contractual terms of all the tenders for pre-bid, during RFP and at contract/PO review stage visa-a-vis LL standard agreed terms.
After receiving PQ requests, prepare, coordinate, collect the relevant document from related departments and get it reviewed by BDM and arrange to submit it to customer.
After receiving a technical proposal checklist for submission – coordinate and collect the tender related documents from various internal Dept like Safety, HR, Finance, Planning, operations and Quality.
On collection, prepare the complete technical submittals, get it reviewed from the BDM and arrange to handover to estimation for ultimate submission to the client.
Coordinate for NDAs or other work-related agreements / contracts including coordination of stamp papers, franking, Notary, etc.
Continuously update the database/documents being submitted in PQ/Tender.
Track and monitor PO, contracts, PQ and NDA submissions.
Handle end-to-end vendor registration (LL is vendor to new clients)
Handle end-to-end online registrations on various portals for MSME, payee central, tender related
Maintain a database of projects – including project photographs, lists of projects under various sectors.
Maintain soft copy of POs/contracts in respective opportunity in SF
Do Step1 in salesforce with proper due diligence – including BP code (SAP), project code (SF)
Prepare BD to Planning handover forms and attend internal kick-off meetings
Handle and coordinate social media inputs for website, posts on pre scheduled events/occasions)
Must Have Requirements:
Should come with relevant sector understanding; preferably from Engineering discipline
