Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a good background in managing and supporting Windows, MAC and Ubuntu environments, as well as experience with anti-virus solutions and Cososys Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, safeguard data integrity, and address technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations:
- Manage and maintain Windows, Ubuntu and MAC Laptops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Linux-related issues, Windows 10/11 and MAC, including hardware, software, and network problems.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts (CrowdStrike Anti-Virus and DLP) and incidents.
- Follow-up with End-Users about the activities triggered to the security system and act accordingly.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry regulations.
Asset Management:
- Asset Tracking and Inventory Management.
- Proven experience in IT asset management
- Good knowledge of asset management principles, including lifecycle management and license compliance.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years Experience in Windows MAC, and Ubuntu systems administration.
- Basic Knowledge on anti-virus solutions and Cososys DLP.
- Understanding of networking, security, and system management concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
