Abouttherole:
TheBusiness Development Engineer is responsible for conducting marketresearch identifying potential international clients and managingthe sales process to secure new projects for the company. This roleinvolves extracting data from Online portals Initiating contactwith prospects and Scheduling meetings with Project Managers tofinalize and Kickoff projects. A successful candidate shouldpossess 14 years sales experience in either the North American orEuropean markets specifically focusing on Product Design or PlantEngineering.
Youare expected todo:
Conduct Detailed Data Research and Generating Leads through variouschannels such as Networking Cold Calling andReferrals.
Build and Maintain strong relationship with potential clientsunderstanding their needs and providing tailoredsolutions.
Havea deep understanding of the Companys Products or Services as wellas Industry Trends with its Technologies to effectively Communicatewith Clients and Address their TechnicalQueries.
Collaboratewith Internal Teams to develop Compelling Proposals Presentationsand Demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of theCompanysOfferings.
NegotiateTerms Pricing and Contracts with clients to ensure mutuallybeneficial agreements and expand the companys marketshare.
Tracksales metrics analyze data and identify areas for improvement tooptimize salesperformance.
Requirements Youwill be a great fit if youhave:
Btech /BE in any field with 1 4 years of work experience inSales.
Experienced in Data research and Lead generation using variousonlineplatforms.
Adaptability to shift schedules accommodating globalclientele.
Strong analytical skills and problemsolving ability to understandcustomerrequirements.
Excellent Communication skills (Verbal andWritten).
Proficiency in the Technical domain would bebeneficial.
Experience in B2B Sales and complex Solution selling is highlydesirable.
