About the role:
The Business Development Engineer is responsible for conducting market research identifying potential international clients and managing the sales process to secure new projects for the company. This role involves extracting data from Online portals Initiating contact with prospects and Scheduling meetings with Project Managers to finalize and Kickoff projects. A successful candidate should possess 14 years sales experience in either the North American or European markets specifically focusing on Product Design or Plant Engineering.
You are expected to do:
Conduct Detailed Data Research and Generating Leads through various channels such as Networking Cold Calling and Referrals.
Build and Maintain strong relationship with potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Have a deep understanding of the Companys Products or Services as well as Industry Trends with its Technologies to effectively Communicate with Clients and Address their Technical Queries.
Collaborate with Internal Teams to develop Compelling Proposals Presentations and Demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of the Companys Offerings.
Negotiate Terms Pricing and Contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and expand the companys market share.
Track sales metrics analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
RequirementsYou will be a great fit if you have:
Btech /BE in any field with 1 4 years of work experience in Sales.
Experienced in Data research and Lead generation using various online platforms.
