We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Female Sales Manager to join the team at Sri Mahal Banquet & Resort. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our potential clients, helping them plan and book memorable events at our beautiful venue.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, providing them with a warm and professional experience.
  • Manage inbound phone inquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients from our database.
  • Conduct proper and timely follow-ups with clients via WhatsApp, ensuring all their questions are answered.
  • Clearly and accurately describe all our offerings, services, and packages to potential clients.
  • Maintain an organized system for sales activities and follow-ups.
  • Draft professional and clear communications via email and WhatsApp.
  • Keep detailed records of client data and sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably within the hospitality or event industry.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using a computer for drafting emails and maintaining data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
