Participatein the full lifecycle of a project including requirement gatheringBusiness Analysis System Configuration Design andTesting
Participate in getting the Requirementgatherings for a new enhancement and proposing ideas to enhance theprocess.
Support deployment activities includinginvolvement in implementation and hyper care relatedactivities
Experience on HCM/Recruiting related topicsfor support incidents good understanding in Time & Absence andits configuration hire to Retire Business Process supervisoryorganization and related module setups
Goodunderstanding and expertise on configuration impact and assessmentof business process changes.
Good understanding of EIBloads and data conversion
Experience in handling on allbusiness process related issues including configuring the documentsby creating text blocks/BIRT notifications alerts andDashboards
Experience on handling securityissues
Experience in Reporting (Advanced Matrix andComposite reports) mainly on HCM/Recruiting reporting is addedadvantage
Experience in HCM/Recruiting relatedDashboards and Discovery Boards and Reporting oriented visualcreation based on client requirements.
Recruitingcertified candidate is preferred.
