Responsibilities

  • BP guide BP correction rescind (Allmodules)
  • EIB User template fillin massuploading (All modules)
  • MOM operation as anadministrator (T&P)
  • Upload new contents(questionnaire onboarding etc.) (Recruiting)
  • Update pay range per compensation grade profile etc.(Comp.)
  • Create Compensation Plans
  • Work user queries on Organization changes and performthem
  • Functionally good on Core HR Compensationchanges for employees
  • The3rd vendor Integration Support(Comp./Recruiting)
  • Working Experience onBIRT
  • Reporting Experience (complex calculatedfields custom reports) preferred
  • Deal witherrors regarding access to Workday
  • SupportReport Writer training and manage security (Report)
  • Trouble shooting & guide/cowork withEIB/SSC
  • Receiving and responding inquiries ofcustomers(Employees/HR)
  • Handling SRs from HQsservice desk
  • Supporting mass data operation(e.g. EIB Workbook)
  • Support Workday:Compensation Advanced Compensation Talent & PerformanceRecruiting Absence & Leave Time Tracking
  • Develop and Deliver Workday Integrations /Reports

WorkdayLegacy Integration(develop test and deploy to tenants)
Workday3rd partyIntegration (develop test and deploy to tenants)
CustomReports based on customers requirements

  • Improvement customers Workday process
    Surveycustomers requirement to improve and derive resolution
