Job Description

This is a remote position.

The ideal candidate  for this role will have a diverse set of responsibilities related to Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator . Let’s break down the key aspects:

  • Conceptualizing and Executing Code :

    • You’ll be responsible for writing clear, quality code  to develop Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
    • Regularly test  your code, identify errors , and iterate to ensure high-quality code.

  • Integration and Troubleshooting :

    • Integrate  your business processes into Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
    • Detect and troubleshoot  software issues.

  • API Development :

    • Develop, implement, and test APIs .
    • Provide input on software development projects .

  • Custom Zoho Apps :

    • Create custom Zoho apps  to automate various processes.
    • Customize business applications using Zoho One .

  • User Interface and Reporting :

    • Be proficient in creating:
      • Customer portals
      • HTML page views
      • Dashboards
      • Reports
      • Embedded forms/reports/pages
      • Email and SMS campaigns

  • Technical Expertise :

    • Experience  in technical roles with at least 4 to 5 full-lifecycle Zoho implementations .
    • Strong expertise in Zoho products .
    • Knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles, and Roles .

  • Agile Collaboration :

    • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment  with cross-functional and cross-vendor teams.
    • Deliver results within aggressive timelines .

  • Data Migration and Automation :

    • Handle data migration  to and from different systems into Zoho CRM  or other platforms.
    • Create custom tools and scripts  for process automation.

  • Programming Languages :

    • DelugeScript : Proficiency in DelugeScript is essential. It’s the scripting language used in Zoho Creator for custom functions and workflows.
    • JavaScript and Node.js : Experience with JavaScript and Node.js will be valuable for web development and integrations.

  • Hands-on Development :

    • You should have practical experience working with Zoho Creator . This includes creating custom applications, forms, and automating processes.
    • Familiarity with Zoho Integration  (connecting Zoho with third-party applications) is crucial.

  • Data and Analytics :

    • Knowledge of Zoho Analytics  is a plus. It’s a powerful tool for data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence.
    • Familiarity with MySQL  (a relational database management system) is also advantageous.

  • Language Skills :

    • Proficiency in English  is a must, especially for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

  • Cultural and Regional Awareness :

    • As your mother tongue is Arabic , you’ll bring valuable linguistic and cultural insights.
    • Ability to travel abroad , especially within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council)  region, is an important consideration.

Requirements
Certification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent. Skills: • Minimum of 3 years experience as - business applications developer or related position. • Experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho solutions. • Detailed experience with Zoho CRM architecture & APIs. • Good understanding of Databases & Web development on the cloud. • Good understanding of REST APIs, HTML & CSS. • Experience in ZOHO desk, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Marketing & ZOHO creator is a must. • Programming skills (Zoho's Deluge language experience is a plus) • Experience in customization using Java, Deluge
