Job Summary:   We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager IAM to join our team. This role will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, with a strong focus on Ping ID, Ping MFA, Ping SSO, and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions, specifically focusing on Ping ID, Ping MFA, and Ping SSO. Agentic AI Use cases implementation Manage and optimize IAM processes and systems, ensuring they align with GSK’s security policies and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems. Maintain and enhance IAM infrastructure within GCP and Azure cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, providing technical support and guidance as needed. Stay current with IAM trends and technologies to continuously improve GSK’s IAM capabilities. Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Required skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. With overall 10 to 12years of experience 6+ Years of experience in design, development, and implementation of the Ping ID, Ping MFA, Ping SSO and also having good knowledge of GCP and Azure cloud domain. 8+ years of experience in Advanced Authentication which included MFA, Radius Auth, Single Sign On, Biometric Authentication. 5+ years of experience in GCP, Azure and Cloud security policies. 8+ years of general Identity and Access Management with extensive knowledge. Knowledge of Directory Services specifically Active Directory and any UNIX related directory services. Understanding of network infrastructure, database, and server systems, including Windows, Unix, Linux, AIX, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory. Experience with the design and architecture of complex security / IAM solutions. Experience with Ping MFA, Single sign on, maintaining workflows and troubleshooting integration issues with Databases. Experience with Ping ID SaaS development and support including the release activities, application migration. Have a good understanding of release management process with Ping ID technical knowledge. SSO and MFA integration and enablement for Application Via Ping ID. Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting, Windows Active Directory, UNIX, Linux SSH key management experience Experience with Java as a programming language using XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web and Application Servers.
