Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

* Verify guest reservations and ensure accuracy in registration details.

* Respond to guest queries and resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner.

* Manage room assignments based on guest preferences and availability.

* Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.

* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.

* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

* Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and travel directions.

* Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and standards of service.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is a plus.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or equivalent).

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.

* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
