Experience: 5-7 Years

1. Be responsible for Demand Management & Business Analysis

· Discuss with business teams to understand business objectives and issues pertaining to IT; business teams could include leadership / end users in a function or dealers of MBIL, etc.

· Review requests for system upgradation, new technologies and enhancements, etc.; Utilize functional expertise to facilitate the collection of business requirements

· Ensure demand management; Qualify and analyse the demands from users; Prepare business case, analyse and prioritise requests

· Capture and clearly articulate the existing business processes, identify problems and inefficiencies and define business requirements for system improvements

· Develop workflow and process flow diagrams, as and when required during design / implementation

· Identify and report consequences of change, bottle necks, possible gaps in functionality to business teams, at an early stage

· Conduct a feasibility and scope analysis during the design and definition phase

· Work with Development team (from vendor side) to finalize project plan outlining scope, deliverables, required resources, budget and timelines; also ensure preparation of project schedule and establish standards / guidelines

· Determine if external vendors will be required to complete the project plan, based on nature, size of requirement, capabilities of vendor, etc.; meet with vendors, understand capabilities and strike alliances, as appropriate

2. Project Execution | Liaise and work with internal and external parties for successful completion of projects

· Take end to end responsibility for successful completion of projects in respective business function

· Review and ensure that the technical architecture and design meets requirements, such as business needs, end user satisfaction, etc.

· Use knowledge of business function to provide input into the user interface design, etc.

· Ensure project tasks and deliverables meet requirements and are completed on schedule

· Identify ways to resolve schedule issues; keep business teams aware of the situation

· Oversee maintenance of all process documentation, compliance to industry practices, organizational practices, as appropriate

· Facilitate management of expectations of all project stakeholders, such as business teams, dealerships, etc.

· Monitor program milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of project schedules

· Organize and facilitate iteration, release planning, demos, etc.

· Advise on business mitigation plans, contingency planning, other planning with respect to implementation of application / system

· Accept and promote changes, as required and ensure that they same are consistent with strategic direction of the project

· Review the estimates vs. actual to identify potential delays and take corrective measures

· At all times, monitor project costs against the project budget

· Manage the roll out and integration of the new system with other systems

· Provide timely communication to internal clients (end users and business teams) that is clear, concise and appropriate

· Ensure that projects are formally closed with SLAs for steady state

· Ensure that closed projects are subsequently reviewed and that lessons learned are captured for use on other initiatives3. Maintaining the press office

3. Vendor & Communication Management

· Tracking and managing multiple vendors (including internal stakeholders) to ensure delivery quality is as expected, on time and on cost

· Managing communication & expectation management of teams such as business unit, senior management, IT staff and vendor employees

4. IT Application Landscape Management

· Ensure smooth operations of existing IT landscape

· Responsible for governance & cost management of existing IT landscape

Qualifikationen

Qualifications: BE / B.Tech + MBA
