Senior IT Applications and Cybersecurity Manager

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior IT Applications and Cybersecurity Manager responsible for planning, implementing, and managing information technology applications and cybersecurity measures within the organization. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of IT applications and cybersecurity principles. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technology IT strategy and execution for the enterprise
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for IT applications and cybersecurity initiatives aligning with organizational objectives
  • Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance IT applications and cybersecurity posture
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications, including ERP and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of IT solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements for IT applications
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols to protect organizational data
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify security threats
  • Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with teams to mitigate cybersecurity incidents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in IT applications and cybersecurity
  • Establish effective governance frameworks for IT applications and cybersecurity management
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to IT professionals in applications development and cybersecurity operations
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT department
  • Manage budgets for IT applications and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives
  • Build, configure, and maintain systems for optimal performance

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proven experience in IT applications development and management
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and vendor relationship management
