We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR & Admin team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and procedures, with experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling initial interviews with hiring managersCoordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely updates.
Employee Onboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary arrangements (e.g., IT setup, workspace allocation) are in place for new employees.
HR Operations:Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.Assist with the preparation and administration of HR documents, including employment contracts, letters of intent, and employee agreements.Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions as needed.Assist in organising employee engagement activities, events, and training programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management:Assist in the administration of the performance appraisal process, including collecting and reviewing performance feedback.Support the development and implementation of employee development programs.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, HR operations, or employee relations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
