Hi,This is with regards to an opening with Global Financial Service Firm in MumbaiRole - Manager/AVP India Rewards (Compensation & Benefits)Responsibilities:Develop and demonstrate good knowledge of Business lines and productsOverall planning and execution of Year End Compensation exerciseProvide YE analytics & data managementDevelop training and communication materials for the implementation of Year End Compensation exercise and other local compensation programsProvide market and job insights through Market data Benchmarking by participating and analyzing various market compensation surveysProvide Market Intelligence through different resources like secondary research, networking with compensation professionals in other peer firmsConsultative services to HRBP’s in the area of CompensationContinuous connect with Global compensation team as well as regional HR teams in order to be complaint with both local as well as global standards.Responsible for managing an effective relationship with HR vendors such as consulting firms, internal stakeholders, banking relationship, non-statutory related vendorsAdhoc projects to enhance employee experience related to RewardsSupport in wide variety of Compensation initiatives across IndiaProvide guidance on all contractual, compensation, tax and mobility issuesBAU activities in Compensation and Benefits Department including new Compensation-fitments etc.Design, review and maintain salary Bands for the purpose of talent acquisition on annual basisIf you are interested with the above, kindly revert with your updated CV on
