Can take responsibility and operate independently in a fast-paced environment. MBA Top B-Schools would be Preferred. Experience Range:2-4 yearsof relevant experience. People who have experience in analytics from consulting backgrounds will be preferred.Responsibilities will include: Design compensation models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short-term incentive programs, policy formulation across group entities. Linking compensation with organizational performance, management of large-impact reward programs, financial impact analysis and scenario-building, digitization for improved program implementation, benchmarking reward programs with market intelligence. Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements. Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity. Develop and report metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation programs / processes.Skills : Compensation Structure, Compensation Design, Compensation Modelling, Bonus Plan, Structuring Hiring Grids, Compensation budgeting, Benefits design
