Ltd. This role involves building strong relationships with residential communities, builders, and association members to promote and onboard them onto our platform.This is a performance-based opportunity with excellent incentives and earning potential.Roles & Responsibilities Identify and engage potential residential communities, builders, and housing associations to promote and onboard MyflatInfo .Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate features, advantages, and overall value propositions.Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.Work towards reaching and going beyond monthly and quarterly sales goals by finding new leads and converting them into customers.Ensure sustained client engagement and subscription renewals by providing consistent post-onboarding support and relationship management.Gather and provide valuable market intelligence, client feedback to support product development and strategic decision-making.Represent the company at regional promotional events, community meetings, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate in any discipline.
