Job Description:
Simplia is seeking Marketing & Sales Proposal Executives to work closely with our sales team in creating compelling, data-driven marketing proposals. As a Proposal Executive, you will utilize Simplia’s advanced marketing tool, to develop comprehensive multi-touch marketing strategies, analyze industry trends, and deliver customized proposals designed to meet each client’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Ai tools to generate and develop comprehensive, multi-channel marketing proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct Detailed Market and Competitor Research : Identify strengths and weaknesses in competitor strategies, highlight gaps, and find opportunities for Simplia clients to stand out.
- Collaborate with the Internal Team to understand client goals and align proposals to specific marketing objectives.
- Develop Phased Marketing Plans : Break campaigns into awareness, consideration, and conversion phases, including tactical recommendations, budget allocations, and KPIs for each.
- Create Content and Referral Program Strategies : Design content calendars and customer referral programs with detailed tracking and incentive structures.
- Prepare Budget Breakdowns and ROI estimates for each marketing proposal.
- Track and Optimize Campaigns in Real Time : Provide clients with actionable insights using performance analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM systems.
- Present Proposals to Clients : Clearly communicate proposed strategies and expected outcomes to internal teams and clients.
- Stay Current on Marketing Trends : Continuously update proposals based on the latest trends, platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong Knowledge of marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Marketing Tools : Familiarity with Campaign Crafter or similar marketing strategy tools is highly desirable.
- Proven Experience in developing detailed marketing plans or proposals.
- Excellent Research and Analytical Skills : Ability to gather and interpret data to inform proposals.
- Exceptional Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Project Management Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM systems).
- Creative and Analytical Thinking : Ability to translate data into creative, actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong Organizational Skills : Able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Collaborative Mindset : Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using modern software tools for research, communication, and content creation.
