Job Description:

As a Sales Support Specialist at RedFynn Technologies, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless sales process for our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various tasks to help move prospects toward commitment and supporting the transition to our implementation team. Your goal will be to enhance prospect relationships, streamline sales operations, and contribute to our overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Following Up on Prospects: Reiterate detailed information and guidance previously provided by Account Executives, to help prospects finalize their commitment.
  • Answering Questions: Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to help move prospects toward commitment.
  • Reassuring Prospects: Reinforce the benefits of the POS plans and ensure prospects are confident in their decision.
  • Scheduling Follow-Up Appointments: Coordinate and schedule follow-up meetings with Account Executives as needed.
  • Gathering Underwriting Stipulations: Collect and organize necessary underwriting stipulations to ensure the approval of new accounts.
  • Researching Products: Conduct product research and contact vendors to explore potential processing integrations.
  • Providing Data and Guides: Supply the sales team with relevant data, guides, and tools to enhance their selling efforts.
  • Maintaining Sales Records: Keep accurate records of sales trends and customer interactions to support strategic planning.
  • Liaising with Account Managers: Collaborate with Account Executives to develop specific sales strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Sales Associate, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
  • Teamwork and motivational skills.
  • A BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
