Are you a proactive and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and support?
We are looking for a **Customer Support and Sales Specialist** to join our team You will be the key point of contact for our customers, handling queries and driving sales across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and sales queries through WhatsApp, email, and Instagram chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Coordinate with the internal team to place new orders and ensure accurate order processing.
- Lead Management: Use CRM tools to manage and track leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide an exceptional customer experience by resolving issues, answering product-related questions, and assisting with post-sales support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of customer orders.
Requirements :
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer support or sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sales.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram messaging, or email marketing tools.
