Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will be an individual contributor. In this full-time, remote role, you will collaborate with the Founders, Marketing, and Design team members to strategize and create exceptionally engaging content while consistently bringing fresh content marketing ideas to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the content strategy and planning for UXArmy, including audience research, content goals, defining content topics and formats, creating editorial calendars and workflows, and aligning content with overall marketing and business strategy.
  • Ensure the production and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for UXArmy’s target audience, managing and coordinating the content creation process (in-house/outsource).
  • Ensure content meets standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Edit, proofread, and optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversion.
  • Devise and implement content distribution and promotion strategies for UXArmy, identifying and selecting the most effective channels and methods to reach and engage the target audience, such as email, social media, blogs, podcasts, webinars, etc.
  • Measure and evaluate the performance and impact of content marketing efforts, defining and tracking key metrics and indicators such as traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and retention.
  • Provide content leadership and collaboration to deliver the content strategy and planning. Drive content excellence and innovation within UXArmy while keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience of being the key contributor in hyper-growth of a SaaS company in Internet Tech domain is preferred.
  • A strong combination of creative, marketing, and technical skills.
  • Expertise in content creation and editing, SEO, analytics, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to craft a compelling and coherent content vision that supports the brand identity, value proposition, and customer journey.
  • Proficiency in using various content management systems and tools to publish, update, and organize content across different channels and platforms.
  • Experience in creating and executing content campaigns that align with the marketing funnel and generate leads, conversions, and retention.
  • Knowledge of leveraging various content promotion techniques and tactics, such as influencer marketing, guest posting, user-generated content, and paid advertising.
  • Ability to use various analytics tools and platforms to collect, analyze, and report data and insights on content performance.
  • Ability to use data and insights to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in content strategy and planning, making data-driven decisions and recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Keen interest and experience in exploring and applying AI-based tools to accelerate deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Demonstrable experience in User Research is a big plus.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
