About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at 314e Corporation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in crafting and executing strategic marketing programs that elevate our brand voice and drive lead generation.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of content marketing best practices, including community engagement techniques, and be able to develop and execute effective content strategies that capture market voice and drive results. You will collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external partners to create high-impact marketing assets across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic content programs to establish brand thought leadership and capture market voice.
  • Craft compelling content strategies, pitches, and messages tailored for different formats and optimal results.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to content marketing, analyzing content performance and iterating strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content with impeccable grammar, style, and brand consistency.
  • Oversee the content marketing channel's performance, focusing on lead generation and nurturing.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and performance marketing to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of content marketing best practices, including community engagement techniques.
  • Select appropriate communication channels for delivering the right message to the target B2B audience in the North American market.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in content marketing, ideally within a fast-growing B2B technology firm with a focus on the North American market.
  • Proven track record of developing engaging and effective content (long and short form) that resonates with a B2B audience.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, logo usage, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent proofreading, copyediting, and design consistency management skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and performance marketing is essential.
  • Passion for staying informed about the latest marketing trends and technologies.
