We’re now looking for a talented Demand Generation Specialist who can join our team while we focus on getting more business for you.


If you're a fit, here are the roles and responsibilities:


  1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) to drive targeted traffic, increase brand awareness, generate leads and to drive revenue growth.
  2. Continuously work on reducing CPA while maintaining or improving lead quality.
  3. Collaborate with team’s cross-functionally to improve SEO practices, organic search visibility and traffic through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  4. Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and leads.
  5. Design and execute A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  6. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads > MQLs > SQLs
  7. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and refine ABM strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI across all digital marketing channels.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in B2B and SaaS marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into our marketing mix.
  10. Utilize Salesforce/HubSpot experts and consultants to help them create and manage campaigns, workflows, CRM, Admin, and other tasks as per the client’s satisfaction



Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience of at least 2 years in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  3. Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO.
  4. Experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization techniques. 
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content. 
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  7. CRM certifications are highly desirable.
