POSITION: Technical Sales Engineers*For Railway & Metro Segments – 2*For Other Industrial Segments - 2

Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Consultative Selling of Engineering Application Products.Job Location: Thane (Mumbai), Extensive Travel all over India.

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Technical Sales Engineers specialised in consultative selling of Engineering Application Products, to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives within the Indian Railways, Metro segments and other industrial segments, leveraging their comprehensive knowledge and network in these sectors to expand our market share.

Job Overview : With combination of technical knowledge and sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products, the candidates will be the key point of contact for clients for driving the technical sales, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products from time to time.

Overview of Responsibilities :

Collaborate closely with the internal engineering teams or foreign technology partners, to understand product specifications and applications.-

Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.-

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.-

Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.-

Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.-

Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.-

Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.-

Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.-

Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.-

Identify and resolve client concerns.-

Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.-

Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.-

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and events.-

Follow-up for collection of payment.-

Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.-

Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.

Qualification Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.-

Experience in technical sales, preferably in the same industry.-

Strong understanding of technical products and engineering concepts.-

Proven ability to achieve sales targets.-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-

Ability to develop and deliver presentations.-

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.-

Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.-

Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals.-

Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.-

Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

Work Conditions :

Travel required to meet with clients or attend sales events.-

Working hours may extend into evenings and weekends to meet sales targets or attend events.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to spend significant time standing or moving.-

Must be able to carry marketing materials and sample products.
