Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Camu in Chennai. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, customer retention, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Proactive and experienced Customer Success Manager
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their
business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet those goals.
Regularly review customer usage and performance metrics to ensure they are achieving
their desired outcomes
Identify opportunities for customers to maximize their use of our ERP solutions and
recommend additional features or services.
Proactively manage renewals and work to minimize churn by demonstrating ongoing value.
Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless customer
experience.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Provide regular reports on customer health, engagement levels, and potential risks.
